Hello!
My name is Mutahi Chiira, an architect, photographer and the founder of Eyeconic Media, a Nairobi-based outfit specializing in creating photographic imagery of the built environment.
I am also a Marriot-approved photographer for the Middle East + Africa region.
Under Eyeconic Media, I have set out to create memorable and impactful images of Architecture as well as the "out there" spaces - Cityscapes & Landscapes. My architectural practice is an asset as it helps me understand and visualize how Architecture should be viewed.
I developed an interest in Photography while still a university student but it was in 2010, when I picked up my friend's DSLR Camera, that I decided to try out the craft myself. I purchased my first camera in 2013 and have been shooting ever since.
I look forward to documenting your residential, hospitality or commercial project in addition to supplying some beautiful wall art for those interior spaces.
