In 2017, I decided to challenge myself to intentionally plan and execute a-shoot-a-week and share as much as I can on Instagram, Facebook and intermittently, Twitter. This is the second part of my 3-part blog post that looks back at how the challenge unfolded.
You can find Part 1 here.
Without too much blabber, here’s the second set of some of the many images, made between July and December. They aren’t too many because I’ve shared a lot of the on my Instagram gallery and some also feature in the final part of this series of blog posts.

I even tried some experiments with food …

… then quickly went back to my subjects of choice.

So, why did I choose to start this? I watched a YouTube Video by Ted Forbes that talked abut the importance of personal projects a.k.a. photo assignments and I thought to myself, ‘Why not start my own thing?”.
In other words, I took up the challenge.
On the final part, I’ll share some of the lessons I’ve learnt from this experience.
See you then.
